How to train your Employees

  1. FISHSOUP : use it strategically, if you don't have a bottomless pit of fishsoup, only fishsoup one attribute (either execution or management) to the increment of employee routines (30/60/120/170/260)
  2. ATTIRE : your attire gives bonuses to execution or management, again just make them wear enough to get one attribute to 260. and once the have achieved the requirement, leave them naked and pass the attire to your next employee
  3. ROUTINES : focus your routines based on the maximum points they can give your employees, there is a school of thought that you should focus on one employee, but that does not let you maximize the total number of points you can generate a day.
  4. EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION : communicate with your employees between 12:00 and 16:00 the bonuses are greater. And remember you can stack communication with your other routines so you can pad your activities so that your communication starts at 12:00
  5. HOLD A MEETING : hold one gentle meeting between 0900-1600 for maximum points, the other meeting should be serious
  6. TRAINING : Train twice a day, one hour duration, again for maximum returns
  7. FURTHER TRAINING : focus on your desired arena team til you get them to all purple, saturdays is best with the employee candidate having maximum proficiency
