Develop your factory properly, a factory gone off tangent will be stuck for a long time. here's some advice

1. PRODUCE AND SELL EACH KIND OF GOODS : Each type of goods will give you sales xp for their particular industry. Sales XP translates to increased raw materials of that industry's type. If you let auxiliary raw materials lag too far behind it will slow your production. And Remember to Sell to System or to Market, not to your store, you do not gain SALES XP if you sell at your Store, You also don't gain SALES XP if you don't sell top quality goods. So SELL YOUR GOODS before you upgrade.

2.  FILL YOUR CORPORATE CHART PRODUCT POSITION : filled product positions in the corporate chart will increase production.
3. FIND A VEHICLE WITH GOODS PRODUCTION BONUS : Use it when you are about to produce goods, should increase production, just switch it out when you are done.
4. SELL EXCESS RAW MATERIALS : if you warehouse is full and you have 2 days til your production is done, sell the projected amount of raw materials you will produce. Extra TCN for nothing!
5. DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR DEVICE TOO FAST : If you upgrade your device too far before you upgrade your raw materials, you will grind to a halt as higher grade goods use up more raw materials.

6. UPGRADE YOUR WAREHOUSE when you have spare tcn lying around, there is a chance that your guild allowance will fill up your raw materials.
